Ficitera Website

Ficitera Website

01. OVERVIEW

This case study showcases the website I designed for my own UI/UX agency, Ficitera. As the lead designer, I was responsible for creating a clean and modern website that represents our brand and services. The goal was to communicate professionalism, build trust, and convert visitors into potential clients. The website highlights our service offerings, portfolio, and contact information with a focus on clear navigation and a seamless user experience. I aimed to deliver a design that reflects Ficitera’s identity simple, bold, and effective while ensuring the site works well across all devices.

I Made

Impact

Where I

Made Impact

Defined user flows based on seller behavior

I started by identifying key business goals and user needs for Ficitera’s website. I mapped out a clear site structure and user journey to ensure visitors can easily explore our services, view our portfolio, and reach out for inquiries.

Created wireframes and UI design

I created wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, focusing on strong visual hierarchy, clarity, and a modern aesthetic that reflects Ficitera’s brand. I also developed a simple design system to maintain consistency across pages.

Collaborated with the product manager and developer to refine the feature

As there was no product manager, I took on a dual role leading both design and feature planning. I worked closely with the developer to ensure each design element was feasible, provided assets and specs, and gave continuous feedback during the build process.

03. PROBLEM AND SOLUTION

Problem

Ficitera didn’t have a proper website to showcase its services and portfolio. This made it difficult for potential clients to understand what Ficitera offers, how to contact the team, or see proof of past work. It also affected the agency’s credibility, especially when approaching clients through platforms like social media or freelance sites.

Solution

I designed and built a clear, visually appealing website that highlights Ficitera’s core services, featured projects, and contact options. The website is structured to be simple yet professional focusing on easy navigation, strong branding, and conversion-driven layout. This helps build trust with potential clients, improve discoverability, and create a solid digital presence for the agency.

05. CLOSING

The Final Call

Impact

Working on the Ficitera website gave me the opportunity to handle a project from end to end starting from planning the content, designing the entire UI, and coordinating directly with the developer for implementation. As both the UI/UX Designer and acting Product Manager, I made key decisions on structure, navigation, and user flow, which helped shape a more strategic and user-friendly digital presence for the agency. The final result was a fully functional and visually consistent website that clearly communicates Ficitera’s value to potential clients.

Lesson Learned

Through this project, I learned the importance of balancing creativity with clarity every design choice needs to serve a purpose and be easy to implement. I also gained hands on experience in product ownership: setting priorities, aligning with development constraints, and thinking not just like a designer, but also like a user and a business owner. It sharpened my ability to think holistically about design, communication, and execution.
